Torus ball valve
Torus ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, the ball surface has four intersecting toruses, the seats can only touch the toruses during operation. It completely solved the problems of the traditional valves applicating in solid working conditions, such as blockage, wear and leakage, short service life and has higher reliability and longer service life.
 
The high-performance torus ball valves are mainly used in solid working conditions, such as severe wear, high cycle and scaling, as well as non-solid special working conditions, such as strong adhesion and high differential pressure, and normal working conditions. Such as Power plant, Oil and Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, Mining, Iron and Steel, Metallurgy, Papermaking and other industries.

Small Erosive Wear
The erosive wear of torus ball valve is 20-30% of the traditional ball valves.
 
Small Abrasive Wear
The abrasive wear of torus ball valve is 25-35% of the traditional ball valves.
 
No Blockage
The process medium of torus ball valve can clean the body cavity automatically in all direction during opening or closing of valve, there is no blockage and no side effects.
 
Ball
The ball core, ball toruses and ball shafts are one-piece designed, the ball has high strength and not easily deformed. 
The ball and stem are indipendent to minimize the effect of the side thrust generated by the pressure acting on the ball, the packing has long service life.
 
Seat
Long axial metal seat has the features of small eccentricity and little vibration. 
The metal seat is spring loaded and pressure-energized sealing design.
The 90° double scrapers can clean the accumulated solids adhere to the ball torus surface during operation, the scratch is little.
 
Stem 
The stem with anti-static, anti-blow out and double guide designs, it is safe and reliable.
The stem is designed with rectangular spline, which has small wear, correct positioning and large force.
 
Body  
3-piece forged body that has high strength for maximum rigidity against pipeline forces and provides safty and longer valve life. 
It can provide visual inspection for confirmation of ball position to ensure precise stem alignment or structural support for service, on site maintenance and operator mounting.
 
Bonnet
The bonnet is of integrated design, which has one leak points, it is safe and reliable. 
The bonnet extends to the ball for protecting the ball shafts from erosion, the arm is short.
 
Liners
Independent replaceable wear-resisting flange liner and body cavity liner can minimize maintenance and repair costs.
 
Packing
The packing is designed with spring loaded, which has constant packing energization, even wear and long service life.
The packing with multi-layer conical structure has layers to prevent leaks and risk of fugitive emissions , which has small wear and long service life.
 
Sealing
The seal gland is designed with inserted structure that has high reliability.
The sealing is designed with limited compression that has good consistency.
 
Dust Prevention and Anti-Scaling 
The sealing of seat cavity against dust and dirt, there is not failure of spring because of bringing or producing solids in the cacity by respiration.
The packing of bonnet cavity against dust and dirt, there is no wear of the stem packing and other parts because of bringing or producing solids in the cavity by respiration.

Bi-Directional Seal
The valve is designed with bi-directional seal and self relieving seats to provide a greater safty and reliablity.
 
Double Disc Springs
Double disc springs of the seat and packing have large compensation, stability and reliability.
 
Double Shaft Bushings 
Double low-friction shaft bushings withstands severe service torques and maximum working pressures that side load due to line pressure acting on the ball, it againsts the stem packing wear.
 
Double Guide Bearings
Double guide bearings eliminates lateral movement of valve stem for protecting the stem packing, the stem has little vibration and the packing has long service life.
 
Double Washers
Double washers provide three friction pairs to prevent sticking and can prevent the stem blowing out.
 
Double Packings
Double packings are designed for stem and ball shafts, which have dust prevention and double prevention of stem packing leaks and risk of fugitive emissions.
 
Multi-Vibration Absorption
The valve is designed with ball shafts, longer seats and double guide bearings, which has triple vibration absorption.
